What You’ll Accomplish
You’ll be a successful manager and mentor who can jump into projects and run them end to end. You’ll be able to lead complex digital projects and supervise junior staff on smaller projects, while maintaining overall brand oversight. - Create project estimates and timelines for large projects and review those created by junior staff

How You’ll Do It
- Liaise with cross-functional team of Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations

Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: New York, NY
Department/Discipline: Account Services
Overview: The SAE will be responsible for project planning and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of recommendations
- Own project briefs
- Write POVs, SOWs and contact reports
- Manage day-to-day client contact
- Prepare SOW documentation and track budgets
- In person client travel is required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicants should have 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Prior ad agency experience is preferable; pharmaceutical agency experience is a plus.

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. Title: Group Account Supervisor
Location: New York, NY
Department/Discipline: Account Services
What You’ll Accomplish
You’re a successful manager and mentor who can jump into projects and run them end to end. You’ll be able to manage large brands with support while maintaining leadership of all programs and initiatives. You will expertly implement complex tasks, coordinating multiple account players and supervisors. You’ll be sensitive to team dynamics and proactively identify potential client issues.
How You’ll Do It
- Align strategy and tactics with overall brand vision.
- Manage and lead all programs and initiatives.
- Successfully deliver tactics and programs in a timely manner.
- Execute large tactical initiatives and lead tactical brainstorm sessions.
- Manage overall SOW
- Fully understand marketing channels, how to leverage them, and when to leverage them.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and work with limited supervision to pursue them.
- Earn respect as a leader and motivate your team.
- Work closely with managers to help set the tone of the team.
- Manage junior level employees on your team.
- Help the team to prioritize and enhance tactics based on metrics and findings.
- Proactively work with the Project Management team to manage timeline, hours, and budgets.
- Navigate conversations with clients and internal stakeholders to keep programs on task.
- Manage the overall relationship with day-to-day clients across multiple businesses.
- Manage client expectations, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop an early warning sense for potential client issues, escalating them before they become serious.
- Develop and present agency POVs and encourage clients to use agency POVs to meet key objectives.
What You’ll Need To Do It
- ~Five years of industry experience: client-side brand team, consultative, advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
- Patient and/or HCP experience
- Highly organized with superior written and oral communication skills.
- Launch experience extremely helpful
- Sound analytical skills
- Ability to derive insights from data
- Supervisory and staff development skills
- Financial acumen
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and honed interpersonal skills
